Comments: As a real estate investor, I had an urgent need. I called 4 companies and they called me back first and were there the next day. Got verbal feedback DURING the inspection so I could make informed decision on whether to buy. Final report delivered 2 days later with VERY detailed and labeled photos. THEY ARE AWESOME and M.E. (owner) is also a licensed appraiser. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
